Blinded Stargazing

Composer's comments:
It was only a few days after I composed Prospect and I was tempted to make another song right away. I decided to make a song with legitimate intention (emotion) instead of just throwing out whatever chords I had in the glossary. I decided on making a "sad" song to practice putting emotion into my composition.

I took major inspiration from Path of Borealis, one of the more famous tracks in Half Life 2's soundtrack. If you look closely in the video of this song, you can see green sets of long notes. These are chord stabs that I practically looted from PoB at 1:11-1:28. (lol)

One thing that I immediately disliked about this song after composing it was that it was too loud for a song that's supposed to lament our inability to look at the stars due to urban sprawl. And thus, I decided to try again, and make another song...
